Jerian GrantAtlanta$6,500$5,500
Ian ClarkSacramento$4,100$4,000

Jerian Grant enters tonight’s contests with the Hawks fresh off the best performance of his season to date, 12 points, 6 rebounds, and 10 assists in a matchup with the Cavs. After road games at Cleveland and Toronto and facing the Spurs at home, this home matchup with the Hawks is clearly the most favorable matchup he has had this season. Look for him to take advantage of Schroder’s absence tonight and hit 5x value for the second straight game.

While he gets just a shade under starter’s minutes (24 mpg this season), Ian Clark has shown that he can fill a stat sheet in limited playing time. Over his past three games with the Pelicans, Clark has relied on balanced production to average over 22 FanDuel PPG, with floor of 21.9 (5x his current salary) over that stretch.

Kent BazemoreAtlanta$5,700$5,200
Denzel ValentineChicago$3,900$4,000

Bazemore and Taurean Prince each saw a nice bump in usage with Dennis Schroder out at Miami on Monday night. Similar to Clark, both guys have fairly high floors thanks to their balanced production. Bazemore enters this game averaging over 4x PPG for his current salary, but should hit 5x plus with an increased workload in a favorable matchup.

Denzel Valentine should also see a somewhat increased role tonight, thanks in part to Paul Zipser missing with a knee injury. While Valentine is off to an extremely slow fantasy start, he’s too versatile a player and creative a passer to keep getting shut out in terms of assists. At $3,900, he doesn’t even have to hit 20 FanDuel points to reach value tonight.

Giannis AntetokounmpoBoston$12,400$12,000
Taurean PrinceChicago$5,600$5,700

In a slate that doesn’t have a ton of guys that jump out as must-plays, I think you almost have to lock in Giannis’ 5x value for his $12,000 salary. This holds particularly true in cash games. The Greek Freak enters tonight averaging 63.5 FanDuel PPG, hasn’t played a particularly easy schedule, doesn’t play on the paciest team, and his low total of the season is 60.8.

The argument here for Prince is clearly the same as Bazemore: he benefits from added usage in a favorable matchup. He also had his most productive game of the season in Schroder’s absence on Monday night, hitting 6x value with 20/7/2/3.

John CollinsChicago$5,600$5,500
Cheick DialloSacramento$3,600$3,000

John Collins playing time is certainly concering. He is averaging 12/8/1/1/1 in under 20 minutes per game. The Bulls PF position was decimated when Portis took that cheap shot on Miritic, so he should feast in whatever playing time he gets tonight.

Assuming AD is out tonight, Cheick Diallo and DeMarcus Cousins are both going to be in the majority of our lineups. The Pelicans may start Dante Cunningham, but the only other big on the roster right now is Cheick Diallo, so he should see considerable minutes here. He was active in his 12 minutes against Portland, averaging just under 1 fantasy point per minute.

DeMarcus CousinsSacramento$11,800$11,500

Boogie should see a season high in minutes and usage with AD out tonight, and should respond by putting up another 60+ point performance. He has three already this season, 2 of which were in games where Davis played his full workload. Cousins went for 39/13/3/3/1 in 38 minutes after Davis was injured on Tuesday night.
