Building a Winning DraftKings NBA Lineup for Thursday Night
It’s late March and NBA scoring remains high and GPP’s are still filling fast on DraftKings. Check out our top plays for tonight’s 5 game slate on DraftKings.
Our Top Targets for Tonight’s DraftKings NBA Contests
DraftKings Salary – $6,800
We love the Nets as a PG matchup, and Kyrie has started to really come on over the past few weeks, and is coming off one of his best all-around games of the season last night with 16/8/8/1. Given the usage and energy Lebron has put out over the past three nights, look for Irving to shoulder the load in what should be a fairly straight-forward road win for the Cavs.
DraftKings Salary – $4,300
Given Chris Paul’s current struggles shooting the ball, we expect Crawford to be aggressive offensively against the Trail Blazers tonight. A bargain at just $4,300, Crawford has reached at least 5x value in 5 of his last 9 games.
DraftKings Salary – $8,500
Given the current run he’s on, we expect Lebron James to be popular SF pick again tonight, but we are looking at Paul George against the Pelicans. George didn’t light it up in the first matchup between these teams back in January, but is currently tearing up the month of March. Despite his salary climbing to $8,500, George has reached value in 6 of his last 10 games, and faces a Pelicans team that gives up the 6th most PPG to the position.
DraftKings Salary – $4,400
With Noah out, Gasol on a minutes restriction, and Gibson and Portis maintaining limited roles, Mirotic is finally getting another shot at added playing time and usage for the Bulls. Mirotic scored a career high 35 points against the Knicks last night, his third DraftKings game over 30 points in his last 5 outings. That sort of production in 8x+ value, and has to earn him a spot in your lineups tonight, especially given Gasol will likely play 25 minutes again.
DraftKings Salary – $4,800
Mahinmi had a big game against the Pelicans in their matchup earlier in the season (see box score below). We like both Mahinmi and Turner, but as our readers know we go for the guy less scoring reliant whenever possible. With no Anthony Davis or Ryan Anderson, look for Mahinmi to dominate the glass tonight.
DraftKings Salary – $6,700
C.J. McCollum was extremely active in the last matchup between the Blazers and Clippers, putting up 12 points and 10 assists. His scoring has been way up over the past three weeks, and should have a solid game against Redick and Crawford. McCollum is another guy that has consistently hit value lately, going for 6x+ in 3 of his last 4 contests.
